[NCUC-EC] EC Meeting with the GSE teams

Dear EC,

I have required Adam a meeting at the very end of 2019 about us scheduling
a meeting between the NCUC EC and all the GSE teams and he found a slot
that would allow for all GSE across the world to participate - Jan 21st at
15h00 CET.

I would ask you to confirm presence at this meeting as this would be an
important meeting for you to be formally introduced to the respective GSEs
and our plans.
