Hi,

I'm not sure why you would transfer the slots directly to Mili and Ben
rather than reopening the call (especially since the call has already been
reopened...). It's a different process.

I agree though, that having been approved for Cancun shouldn't block those
folks from applying - that wouldn't really be fair given that Cancun has
now been cancelled.
