Dear EC,

Please find below the minutes to the NCSG leadership meeting we hosted
yesterday. Raphael should circulate these points on the NCSG broader list
today.

Please note that this meeting was just an initial attempt to improve the
conversations between NCUC, NPOC and NCSG leadership and help us set the
record straight across some proposals such as the merger one.

Would be happy if you could look at the document and we could kickoff a
discussion on these matters on our list (; Also, thank you Mili, Ben and
Louise for attending.

The plan would be to circulate it by tomorrow on the NCSG list, by COB EST;
until then feel free to comment or make edits. Please keep them on point
and in track changes for direct edits.

Joan or Ioana I'll let you FW that to the NPOC EC list.

Mili took the initiative to create a tracking sheet for call minutes, which
could be accessed on view only by the whole membership.

We
could use it to put minutes of NCUC and NPOC calls too; take this more as a
