[NCUC-EC] Fwd: [ICANN Community Leaders] ICANN66 - Constituency Sessions - Topic from the Board

Hi all,

I have mixed feelings about this. What will be the benefit of an "open
discussion"? They make it sound as if it's to facilitate a more
free-flowing and honest exchange, but I am a bit skeptical that any format
will be sufficient to actually achieve that, given the formality with which
these interactions are treated.

I don't know. I'd suggest going out to the members and soliciting ideas,
and then seeing where we stand. If we get a number of good topics for
discussion, we can submit a list of three, in order of priority, but if
there's one that clearly outweighs the others, perhaps we can consider that
approach.

Best,

Michael
