[NCUC-EC] NCUC Webinar on Evolving ICANN's MS Model

Yes a maximum of 4 speakers is good. We can try to build on Bryan's
upcoming webinar. And we doing it separately gives us the opportunity to
devle into the role of NCUC and users/registrants in the MSM inside and
outside of ICANN.....will help our members gain a deeper perspective.
