[NCUC-EC] NCUC Webinar on Evolving ICANN's MS Model

Hi all
  I think the webinar is a great idea. Suggest we do 2 to cover various time zones. It’s a hot topic. 

For speakers maybe we should include someone from the IGF Sec (to bring in NRI perspective) as the multistakeholder model rests on public participation.
