[NCUC-EC] Updates, elections and other important stuff

Yes, please! But since I will be on the call as well, please cc me.  If
time is a problem, we could send him an email and maybe discuss it through
email.
But I strongly believe that a short call, 45 min max would be good for
everyone to know each other and actually set the conversation.
