[NCUC-EC] Updates, elections and other important stuff

Hi,

Thanks for sending along. A couple of follow up question re #2 - do we know
yet what form next year's CROP will take, and how many slots will be
available? Will it be the same as this year? And, presumably, FY20 is the
year that's starting in the latter half of 2019, right?
