[NCUC-EC] URGENT: CROP

Hi Bruna
question: "CROP proposals need to get regional VPs concurrence by 6th of
may - monday".

Not sure to understand what this means, is this a new info/procedure?

Until I understand the process, my first thought is of course we must use
the CROP slot to not lose it.
I recommend we send reminders until tomorrow, and if no new applications
come to us, then we go back to the runners up as you suggested.
