[NCUC-EC] URGENT: CROP

30th of June is the deadline for CROP (pretty sure I highlighted it in
previous emails, but apologies if not).

Mike, we did miss a source of income - but we still have a quite
significative fund. Either way, I can ask Milton for a 'state of the art'
of NCUC account report, if you wish.
