[NCUC-EC] Monthly checkin with Maryam - Notes

I just had my monthly call with Maryam, and these are some of the action
points we discussed and that need your attention.

*Maryam monthly checkin - Notes *
*( ) Mili - NCUC Crop to Kobe *
Meeting report - 3 weeks from the date of return to her original location,
submit to the EC for approval and then send it to crop staff.
*"A Trip Assessment Report must be completed for each trip taken and must
be submitted within 3 weeks of the date on which the traveler is noted by
Constituency Travel as returning to his/her originating location. The Trip
Assessment Report should clearly and specifically include the following
details: (1) if/how the original purpose(s) and outcome(s) were realized;
(2) details of the traveler’s attendance and activities at the meeting
(including sessions attended, written or oral contributions made to
specific sessions, etc.); and (3) specific plans for follow-up activities
to enhance and continue the objectives of the trip for the community
structure through which the traveler was approved for the trip."*
*Action Item*: send email to Mili reminding her about the report

*( ) Lunch from Kobe*
Lunch costed around 770 USD, invoice was issued on behalf of Maryam.
*Action Item*: Send the invoice to Milton and ask for the transfer.

*Action Item:* Draft it  and send to EC until tomorrow, send it by friday.

*( ) Marrakech Sessions: *
- EC meeting (Antonella, Michael and Louise will be there, David and Ines's
situation is still unknown)
- Maybe a condensed NCSG Meeting ? (suggest to Stephanie for us to do a
NCSG condensed meeting) or  a 75 min NCUC member session.
*Action Items: - *Consult with Stephanie and Joan about the joint meeting
                        -  Consult with EC about the need of an EC meeting.

*( ) CROP Marrakech and Extra SLOT *
Deadline is the 6th of May. Issue the call on the 1st of april, deadline
for answers is 15th.
Extra slot could be used for ICANN65, rightscon or any other ICANN
Sponsored event.
*Action item: *Issue the call on the 1st of april
