[NCUC-EC] [time sensitive] NCUC Agendas for Kobe

Dear all,

 As I mentioned, the GCSC has asked to come to our meetings. And me and
Stephanie both accepted, so they are being allocated the 30 min, which I
think will also include some Q&A.

We have just received the confirmation about Commissioners Anriette
Esterhuysen and Abdul-Hakeem Ajijola joining. But perhaps we might have
more confirmations. And the discussion will be mainly about "Part of our
discussion is the further enhancement of our so-called "Singapore Norm
Package", which is aimed to strengthen security and stability in
cyberspace. We are in the phase of drafting our Final Report (the plan is
to present it late 2019 or early 2020) which will include a number of
recommendations how to enhance resilience, security and stability in
cyberspace. "
