[NCUC-EC] NCUC Executive Committee Meeting - ICANN65

Hi everyone

I trust this finds you well. This is to update you that my authorization
from the ministry to be able to travel isnt ready yet, I am not sure if I
ll be able to make it in the next 48h due to this documentation and to
finding a seat on flights, if I don't, I ll participate remotely to our
sessions and maybe meet you all by the end of the ICANN meeting or after.
