[NCUC-EC] ICANN66 | Montréal - NCUC EC Travelers - Deadline for applications 3rd July.

Hi,
I hadn't applied because I assumed that, as a traveller funded for
Marrakech, I was ineligible. Also, Montreal is a driveable from New
Haven, so I was planning to just motor up there, and then either hope
for a cancellation room, or try and stay with friends.
That said, if there is a spot available, and no other EC's need it,
I'd be happy to claim it, as it would certainly make things simpler
for me than having to drive and couchsurf.
