Dear sir/Madam
I wish to attend ICANN 64 and contribute to policy. I can devote my time to
work fully and already I know the functions of ICANN. I had attended 2
ICANN meetings at Hyderabad, India and Copenhagen, Denmark. Also a member
of NCUC and attended many discussions. As a member of ISOC, India, I have
involved in Internet governance meeting at Delhi and  recently
participated in data privacy discussions. As a IT professional for 33 years
in system administration and design of infrastructure , also a researcher
in Cyber security since 2006 working on  security standards like PCIDSS and
Mobile banking framework I had contributed a lot to IT policy  in India
through CSI and  ISSAC- international organisations. Hence I maybe selected
as a  representative as a mentor and contributor to  IT policy in ICANN64.
