[NCUC-EC] [time sentitive] NCUC ABRs

Dear EC,

Our deadline for submitting ABRs is approaching - jan 15th. We have an EC
call next week to discuss the final versions and what are we submitting,
but we havent yet started drafting any.

Therefore I would like to request your help to start writing the proposals,
for  ease of reference, all the FY19 Approved ABRs are uploaded here:

I will have a meeting with Thato in 10 min to hear a little more from the
FC on this subject and will update you guys soon.
