[NCUC-EC] [Time Sensitive] Lunch at the At-Large and NCUC outreach

Hi Bruna,
I don't see a problem with contributing to the outreach lunch. This has
been a great initiative for the past years and, if At-Large is covering
part, I see no reason why we shouldn't share the costs. However, it might
be good (just in case) to shoot an email to GSE APAC and double check.
