[NCUC-EC] [Time Sensitive] Lunch at the At-Large and NCUC outreach

Dear EC,

We still need to decide about chipping for lunch at the NCUC & At-Large
outreach that goes through lunch on monday, march 10th. In the thread with
at-large I vented the idea of maybe contributing with 200 or 300 usd given
that we are already funding lunch at Constituency Day. Also, from where I
am seeing I dont thing GSE will be able to contribute this time (they did
help the other time around), but  that would imply in a consultation with
GSE APAC.

But eitherway, I meant to hear your thoughts on this. Should we contribute
to lunch or not ? At-Large is already covering their part, Fellows and
NExtGenners are also covered and our contribution would mostly cover NCSG
folks.
