[NCUC-EC] [URGENT] A few new things

What, constituency day has changed? 
I don[t feel the need to extend beyond 90 minutes unless we have visitors to use the time, but I have no objection to longer. 

I'm in favour of the CROP call timelines. 

We shall have to continue outreach for FC and PC,
