[NCUC-EC] Reimbursement - IGF 2018 - Lia Hernandez

Hi Bruna,

Thanks for communicating this to us. I see there are three receipts, one of
them Barcelona to Brussels (with a four-day gap between her departure to
Paris from Ghent).


6 November. Barcelona to Brussels (199 dollars)


10 November. Ghent to Paris (12.99+0.29 dollars)


16 November. Paris to Barcelona (206.99 dollars)


I can't find the email where she said it was a roundtrip from Brussels nor
if she notified previously about those four days 7-10 November, just the
reference to the amount she would be spending (250 USD).


I'd say having all that in mind, it makes sense to adjust to the amount she
noticed when assigned the funding and specifically to the itinerary to and
from Paris. That is to say, the trip on 10 November and 16 November (a
total of 219.61 USD)


But I'd like to hear back from the rest of the team.
