[NCUC-EC] EC CALL ?

Obviously 11 or 12 UTV is well into the evening to me, smack bang in the middle of friday night social and meal time. I will try to make it, but not guaranteed. 

In general for these time slots, Friday is less preferred than any other day. 

I will try to make it this time, no guarantee.
