[NCUC-EC] EC Meeting

Hey all,

I think we should definitely discuss ICANN63 and or roles there, as it’s
around the corner and the schedule looks crazy busy.

Maybe talk a bit more about engagement? Like for instance discuss the next
round of AskNCUC? I’d also suggest we start workig on the handover document
for the new EC!

On another hand, I think it would be beneficial to talk about major policy
turning points which we could possibly encourage our members to engage with
mostly? Maybe outline them in one email and send it to the list in
preparation of our members to ICANN63?

There’s also the CROP applications we will be sending soon if I’m not
mistaken? Maybe we could discuss what we’re looking for within NCUC
strategy to prep for evaluating the applications..

Those are my initial thoughts!
