Also, as the ones of you copied on the outreach with at-large list might
have seen the session is most likely being held also on monday - from 10h30
to 13h30 - and with a 20 minutes lunch break. As soon as the time is
confirmed I will add it to our doc with the meetings.

But first I needed to know if you guys agree on canceling meetings and
which (?)
