[NCUC-EC] Travel support transfer - Renata Aquino

Hi Bruna, colleagues

I do not have funding to attend the meeting but I should have the visa next
Minday as am travelling to Europe before the ICANN meeting. So if it s
possible to transfer it to me, I am available to travel and would be ready
to contribute to the sessions and preparations.
