[NCUC-EC] Travel support transfer - Renata Aquino

Hey Bruna,

Definitely would be best to use the per diem and hotel reservation. I’m not
sure if it will be reasonable for Ines to fly to Barcelona at her expense
or using the per diem, I guess it’s best we see what she has to say about
this. But if it’s not reasonable then we could definitely go along with the
suggested funded travelers idea too.
