I will apply for the IGF slot. I know that I am not from Europe, but I
still in Europe waiting for a responses of other funders to attend IGF, so
if you considered me for the grant (maybe a bus, flight or train ticket), I
will appreacite.

I can help in the NCUC both as well, translate the NCUC brochure into
spanish.
