[NCUC-EC] travel funding

Thank you for submitting your request.
As former EC, David can send this request directly to the list here
and the EC can choose to comment onlist or on a private thread as we
normally do when list where deliberations are made include the
candidate.
This is an urgent request so please chime in until 2/May

David would be helpful if you can provide info if you need flight and hotel
I think it may be possible to find accomodation for you on Panama as
we have organizational members from there, but I'm not sure.
Also it is very personal whether one prefers to stay in a proper hotel
rather than likely improvised accomodation.
