Dear all,
I do not wish to affect deliberation processes, so please feel free to keep
me out of the loop in doing so.
After carefully talking to Kathy and given that this would be the "last"
round of the Onboarding team, we have agreed that it would be advisable to
remain with the same group in order to promote continuity to our current
capacity-building efforts. Also, setting up a new team and bringing them up
to date and at this late stage of the process could be particularly
challenging for NCUC representation in the program and wouldn't allow new
members to actually undergo a more in-depth experience of mentorship.
However, I trust on the EC to take a decision on this and remain at your
disposal to provide more insights/information about the program.
Knowing that there are only two slots for three people, I would be happy to
suggest giving both slots to Kathy and Dina, respectively. In this way, we
would all remain on the team and I'd be following up with my application
for the EC travel slot.
Kindest regards,
Louise Marie Hurel
