[NCUC-EC] Formal request

Dear all,

This email is to formally request an organizational meeting for the EC and
the Chair.

I believe there are several issues we should discuss concerning our
communications to amplify our effectiveness at work going forward. After
five months in, I would say we know how the dynamics of our team works and
it would be great to discuss our way forward organizationally if you would
agree.
