[NCUC-EC] Changing Policy Statements page - pls volunteer draft

Hi EC

Currently at the NCUC website there is a Policy Statements page which
copies and pastes NCSG Wiki content

https://www.ncuc.org/policy/policy-statements/

In order to prevent re-working pages, there could just a paragrah,
something along the lines

NCUC is involved in drafting public comments, policy statements,
corresponding with ICANN organization leaders etc etc.

Can anyone volunteer a draft for this?

This should increase staff time to many NCUC tasks which need to be
done for ICANN61
