[NCUC-EC] CROP Proposal: RightsCon

Dear Renata

I just went back to the deliberation on Crop NA and I just found two EC
votes in favour.

Did you count Michael's vote on his own CROP proposal as a Yes or did you
break the tie yourself or did you receive a private answer from a third EC?
