[NCUC-EC] CROP LAC - developments

Dear EC

A few developments regarding CROP LAC

1) Presentations proposals were not approved.
Reason given was
Not relevant to the development of internet in the LAC region

2) LACNIC Staff has proposer name and will attempt to place proposer as
participant in a panel

3) Other NCUC members with LACNIC sessions have proposer name and will
attempt to plan activities with proposer to support outreach efforts

4) Proposer has been following NCUC EC archives and the possibility to give
up or re-send proposal to ICANN62 commented on by NCSG Chair. A few hurdles
- Proposer does not know yet if she can take the dates off of work for
ICANN62
- Proposer also applied for fellowship for ICANN62
So proposer asked if EC can wait until 10 March to decide if she wants to
change the CROP Proposal, should that be EC decision.
Proposer agrees to review Outreach Plan to include EC perspectives and will
send a new version soon.

We had majority of votes - with notes - on that proposal. If there is no
other detail to address, proposer will continue working towards this effort.
