[NCUC-EC] ICANN62 Panama EC Travelers

Hi all
I confirm my availibility and willingness to attend ICANN62 as I did not
receive NCUC funding for ICANN61 as per our travel policy. Will get back
with more details of my participation on the next ICANN meeting shortly.
