We'll merge the 3rd block of NCUC Constituency Day w/ NPOC

Can you please check the arrangement of this w/ ICANN Staff for the
schedule room etc and let us know?

New name of the session then will be

NPOC + NCUC Constituency Day

Once we know if this merger is possible, we'll work on an agenda to send you
