[NCUC-EC] Comment until 27 July - CROP Plan - Fwd: CROP Dates for ICANN63, 65 & 65

we should issue the poll today, as comments for this was until 27 July

Membership and EC will suggest events. EC will select and justify its
choices, just like in any other selection process.

Events suggested can only be sponsored by ICANN Org so one would
assume ICANN Org chooses well where to invest its money outside the
community

Other than that, EC can select reflecting on meeting importance,
regional balance, chance of succcess for applicants (visa etc)
