[NCUC-EC] Decision on what remains of website/database budget

Hi

Yes, so this budget was for FY18 (until June 18) and it was already
transferred to FY19 (June 19).
If not used
Maybe it is transferred to FY20, maybe not

If used
Implementation has to be until June 19 so necessarily doesn't need to
be a project ready before the leadership changes, the  next leadership
can monitor it too

What this budget covers
That would be interesting getting some more information. Maryam
appreciate if you have any more info.
