[NCUC-EC] debriefing notes

[Bruna Martins dos Santos]

As per the travel guidelines we have to present reports asap; also, Ines
and Lou cant apply due to having attended this past meeting as funded ec. I
believe that is the reason no one applied yet.

Deadline is next week (13th), right ?
