[NCUC-EC] Leadership program - alternate seat

Hi everyone

This is just to register that the Leadership program alternate seat is
Bruna Santos.

The alternate participation is confirmed in case the primary can not
make it. Usually the Chair is the primary for this. The Program
confirms that.

Leadership Program applications are open though for all community
members and there is a selection process.
