[NCUC-EC] NCUC Rightscon session possible merger

Not sure yet - they currently have a list of potential presenters, including her, but it’s not finalized. That said, it’d be a little odd for them to present the report without the author.
Anyway - will proceed carefully, as has been suggested. Maybe this is a positive opportunity to bridge and foster discussions with the UNESCO folks.
