[NCUC-EC] planning NCUC NPOC joint actions - developments

Hi

Good questions

What we would lose in merging is only our 3rd block

NPOC has just that 90min block

Currently our programme blocks can be shuffled around

But as to who would be representing NCUC remains our officers only

Any other aspect can we think of about this merger?
