[NCUC-EC] reminder: CROP proposals in evaluation

Dear EC

As noted, the EC should evaluate these CROP proposals.

CROP has to be sent 6 weeks before the event, with previous time for staff
processing suggested 2 weeks.

However, as ICANN is reviewing its budget and CROP may be a source of
funding that no longer will become available, there could be a possibility
these current proposals be affected or at least be in an even higher
scrutiny.

Therefore EC should send their comments or evaluation as soon as possible
and if any possible extra inquiry to proposer is needed, it can be
processed in time.

A suggested deadline for this evaluation is 26feb.
