Dear Fellows,

Having heard that NCUC will offer a Policy Course that will take place
during ICANN61, where I'll be as a Fellow and a Coach, I believe I could
make good use of the opportunity.

Since my first general ICANN Fellowship a year ago, I have already joined
NCUC, contributed in the draft Framework of Interpretation for Human
Rights, WS2, and completed an interesting constituency fellowship where we
focused on Jurisdiction issues, content regulation discussions and in the
Internet Universality Indicators Project. I'm currently a Coach for the
Puerto Rico meeting Fellowship Program and I've been engaged in a number of
national (Brazil) and regional (LatinAmerica/Europe) civil society outreach
efforts and activities.

I see the course as a valuable opportunity to engage deeper in relevant
issues, and to be in a better position to produce concrete deliverables and
outputs that will push forward civil society interests.
