One of our mentees can't be at ICANN61
Specific reason has been shared by email.

If you would like to do an open call at this time, please draft it and
send for review

Remember you have to include:

1) Time available for US visa (It is likely only candidates who have
visa can apply for this opportunity)

2) Our budget limit is 2000USD

I will advise against doing this call.

There is not enough inclusiveness since there is a very difficult visa
process required and a great risk of overbudget.

These funds should be saved to be put for better use at another meeting.

So please counter those arguments and send in your vote.
