[NCUC-EC] ICANN61 and other events

Hi

Thank you all for your messages and support.

All travel reallocation are awaiting for deliberation from ICANN staff
and Travel Constituency.

In WSIS there will be NCUC members who are elected officers too so
even if a new CROP proposal can not be made, the existing one may have
a possibility to be still used on behalf of NCUC.

As soon as I know something, I'll share with EC.
