[NCUC-EC] Post-Intersessional Action Items

Hi Elsa

This is on our plan for members this year so if we can get other members to
help, it is good too. Inreach is necessary.

EC has a primary responsibility with regional members and 2nd semester is
Annual General Meeting, new Fellows intake, so we have to be ready for
that.
