[NCUC-EC] announcing ICANN63 travel slot?

Dear Bruna

Unfortunately I have time and time again given the EC the opportunity
to participate on the CROP Outreach Plan, on the deadline to ICANN63
and on the weighing in on solutions.
I'm sorry you oppose now but we are out of options
