[NCUC-EC] Fwd: Application for Travel Support for ICANN63

Hey all,

What about supporting Ben again ? This was smth that was discussed during
Panama and maybe its a way forward. Let it be known that this is not yet my
vote for the second slot, just a suggestion.

Also, on the CROP note, I would rather not give the CROP now for the
following reasons:

1. the call was for the travel support - a reimbursement based aid - maybe
if we had advertised it as a CROP we could've had more applications from
other members than the ones who applied for this call.
2. Given that the only member who we could possibly assign the CROP to has
applied to the travel funding as an NPOC member and plans to represent the
constituency in this capacity, I dont think it would be suitable to assign
this crop just yet.
