[NCUC-EC] CROP ALLOCATION Request for Further Procedural Information/ ICANN63/

Hi Ines

Our CROP Outreach Plan is still being evaluated by GSE, Maryam is
checking on its approval status.

Should it be approved, the 1st ICANN meeting we can allocate is
Barcelona and the name of the candidate has to be sent by 31 Aug.

Therefore, there isn't enough time to issue a call specific for the
hypothetical CROP slot for ICANN63.

A substitute meeting would have to be an ICANN sponsored meeting.

We asked GSE for the list of ICANN sponsored meetings and have had no reply.

So basically we are out of options.

We can only hope the CROP Outreach Plan is approved and we can use it
timely for all 3 opportunities.

Best,

Renata
