Strictly speaking none of those are NPOC members, as NPOC only
accepts organizational members, and Dina did say she's Effi's
representative in NPOC ("As ... representative ... NPOC").

But I guess you've asked or are about to ask NPOC leadership about
NPOC candidates before making the decision.
