Dear EC

We are way overdue in handing in this document and if we can change
the meetings if needed, I think we should go with the 3 next ICANN
meetings as 1st plan and change if something comes up.
We made a request to know about ICANN sponsored meetings and didn't
receive a reply so even if we consult with members, we won't have the
confirmation if the meetings will be ICANN sponsored.

So I`ll conclude the plan with the ICANN meetings if there are no
objections from you in the next 2 days (3 aug)
